Island Breeze Golf Cart Usage Agreement

Cart is to be driven ONLY by a LICENSED driver, or with a licensed driver in the front
seat taking full responsibility for the cart. One responsible driver must sign these
instructions to acknowledge that they understand

Carts are limited to use only on the roads. Carts are not permitted on the beach nor
are they permitted in the state park grounds. Watch out for soft sand: if it looks like
powdered snow, don't go. If the cart gets stuck in the sand DO NOT SPIN THE WHEELS! This
will burn out the motor. Either push the cart or get help.

When the cart is not in use, please remove the key. Recharge the cart at night.

You are responsible for any damage to the cart while it is in your possession during
your rental stay. The cart will be checked out prior to your departure and should there be
any damage you will be notified.

Should you break down or you become disabled please call Sherman at 502 419-3306 or 239 472-2202.

In the event the cart is driven in salt water or brackish water due to extreme tides or
flooding, please return the cart immediately to your home for fresh water cleaning. Kneel
down and hose thoroughly under the cart or call for assistance. Salt water does serious
damage to the cart if not hosed off immediately.
